Welcome to my efolio. As you can see, my real name is Rochelle. However, the only time that name is used is when I am in trouble with my mother or I am at the doctor's office. Otherwise, I go by Riki .

I am a Professor of Nursing at Bemidji State University in a baccalaureate nursing program (use the link below to visit our department's homepage).  I am nationally certified as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing by the American Nurses Association, and work part-time as a therapist for sex offenders. My research focuses on the treatment of sex offenders, their victims and families, and the therapists who work with the offenders.  I also conducted research on sexual abuse and street children while on sabbatical in Vietnam.
